They are exceptionally clean. The silver lettering on the front and spine is nicely bright. There is the slightest bit of crinkling at the bottom edge of the spine. The cover edges are in terrific shape, no rubbing at all. That is exactly the case with the four corners. The page edges are exceptionally clean. The book is square and the spine is straight. The binding is very solid from cover to cover with nicely tight pages throughout and nicely tight covers as well. The interior of the book is in terrific condition.
